Planning a family gathering, office lunch, celebration or special event?
Kau Kau offers catering and large-format orders featuring our classic Cantonese BBQ and kitchen favorites. Choose from buffet trays, BBQ meats by the pound, whole roast duck and chicken, or one of our special-order whole roast pigs.

Our menu favorites can be prepared in Large or Medium Buffet Trays, making it easy to serve groups of different sizes.

Kitchen Items
Equivalent to approximately 8 regular orders of your selected menu item.
Great for fried rice, chow mein, vegetable dishes, tofu dishes and many of our other kitchen favorites.

Approximately 8 lbs of:
- BBQ Pork
- Roast Pork
- BBQ Spareribs
Whole Poultry
- Up to 4 Roast Ducks, or
- Up to 5 Chickens
Medium Buffet Tray
Kitchen Items
Equivalent to approximately 4 regular orders of your selected menu item.

Approximately 4–5 lbs of:
- BBQ Pork
- Roast Pork
- BBQ Spareribs
Whole Poultry
- Up to 2 Roast Ducks, or
- Up to 2 Chickens
Catering Pricing
Rather than using a separate catering menu, our catering pricing is based on our current restaurant menu prices and the quantity ordered.
Kitchen dishes are priced by the number of orders needed to fill the tray. BBQ Pork, Roast Pork and BBQ Spareribs are priced by weight. Roast Duck and Chicken are priced by quantity.
This gives you the flexibility to build a catering order around your group, menu preferences and budget.

Large Roast Pig (35–40 lbs, pre-cooked weight)

Small Roast Pig (10–14 lbs , pre-cooked weight)
Perfect for intimate gatherings, this succulent roast serves as a main course for a small party or an appetizer for a larger crowd.

To ensure availability for your special event, we require a 10-day advance notice along with a deposit for whole roast pig orders.
